Relationships are all not perfect, but you have to work at trying to get close to perfect. In order to do that, that also means correcting things with you that may be wrong. Many people do have insecurities which can be harmful to a relationship. Learning how to control that is vital.

If you did not know it, being insecure and anxious, can actually hurt your health when it comes to a relationship. If you are in a relationship that actually threatens your health, it is best to end the relationship immediately before you do any further damage to your health. People who are insecure and have anxiety ultimately get stressed through a hormone called cortisol.

Frequent worries about losing romance and faith in relationship proved highly detrimental towards heath. In addition, a number of partners feared rejection, leading to adverse physiological consequences and putting a long term affect on health, affirmed Lisa Jaremka, the lead Author of the study and a postdoctoral fellow at Ohio State University's Institute for Behavioral Medicine Research.

Do not think that your health is automatically deteriorated because your relationship has troubles sometimes and it gets to you. However, that will take a toll on your health if you begin to let it eat at you constantly. This constant stress will begin to take a toll on you.
