Now his topics would cover the fact that the world will first be ruled by a single government before the world ends. Before the Antichrist would appear, he predicted that the people would first be electing a peaceful leader. Before this happens, several countries such as Russia, China, and even the Middle East will be waging war against Israel one at a time.
Now he actually believed that all of that would happen some time in the year 2012. Yes he was also an adamant believer that on the date of December 21, 2012, the world will be facing its imminent end and the rapture will take place. Now when this did not come true, his credibility went down and many people thought of him as a fraud.
Of course many people were also against him because of what he says about the Islamic people. According to him, Islam is a religion in which the leaders are binding the followers and controlling them. Because of this claim, many believers regarded him as a racist and prejudice human being.
He also had some kind of controversy with the Catholic Church because of his claims of false teachings from the Church. Although he disagreed with the Catholic Church at first, something made him change his mind and support the Church out of nowhere.
