That is, up until 1962, when the Robert Snow family put a great deal of monetary support into restoring the old mansion and plantation. While difficult, the Snow family has pretty much restored the mansion to its original glory.

As the city offers a number of job opportunities, schools and colleges, these outlying areas have recently become more popular with families. As such, while the population is still quite small, current real estate trends suggest that it will continue to grow over time.
