As I sit back and remember my childhood, I can always remember feeling different. Something inside of me wanted to become something great. I always had a spiritual side even before becoming a born again Christian. I can honestly say that my parents had no influence over my religious beliefs.
It is hard to say if I did anything to make myself prophetic. All that I know is that I always had this feeling inside of my heart to help people prophetically. Spiritual books helped to bring out my knowledge in the area of getting closer to God. However, the closer that I got to God, the more prophetic I started becoming. Many people today have dreams of doing something with their life. They want to show that they have love to offer and a lot of information to give out to people. As this side of me grew, I knew that I was destined to help people for a living prophetically. However, how could I do this if I did not have any means to support myself? I did not come a from a wealthy family. I had to find a way to support myself. As time went on, Jesus gave me ways of surviving.
Being a prophet in the 21st century is draining and often exhausting. Most of the people that you read for are not at all spiritual. They live lives of lies and deception. They often want to be involved romantically with someone that doesn't want them. These are people from all walks of life.
