A breakfast is not considered as a priority by poor people but dinner is. Poor people will prefer eating dinner even if it is not the best.
Even though it is very hard to feed a big number of people throughout the week, this program is determined to ensure that the needy people have the best dinner at least in one day each week. This dinner takes place on Thursdays alone. This is a better way to put smile on their faces.
People like having luxuries in their lives and it is not easy to forgo them just to help people who have nothing in their lives. Beggars on the streets do not receive help from people who have a lot of money but from the few pure hearts that are ready to help. For instance this dinner receives materials and moral support from well wishers.
The good deeds done by people have not gone to vain because this program has received an award from the former president of the United States Barrack Obama. When he handed over this award he also remembered the many years he has worked as a volunteer. This program has achieved a lot of things including an exceptional dinner that was prepared for the young people.
The idea of the dinner was conceived by a sister in the Catholic Church. People who have faith listened to the dream of the nun and developed it to make it a reality. Good people come along and helped the nun to make the best out of the simple thought. The Catholic Church becomes very supportive and that is why this is one of the best dinners held to date.
There are no hindrances to the church if you are needy person who really deserve the food. The church does not ask you about the religion where you come from. They have opened the door to all the people. This is an opportunity to get a better meal once in a week.

It is not easy to make the dinner a success not unless there a lot of people who are willing to work for free right from the kitchen to serving the attendants food.
