Christian Arguments Against Evolution At A Brief

By Linda Ruiz

Evolution simply refers to the slow transformation of life forms and others too. It is believed to be the process by which creatures transition with time. This is a gradual process that takes plenty of time to show. It occurs because these organisms need to survive in the changing environment. Knowledge of the story of creation forms the basis of the Christian arguments against evolution.

Basically Christians do not believe that evolution exists. And they have firm grounds to justify their disbelief. Their reasons either come from the writings in the bible or evidence in nature. They believe in the existence of a God who is perfect at his work. Therefore all that he creates fits perfectly into its environment. And it need not transition again. This as indicated in the bible makes progression nothing but empty theory to Christians.

The recordings in the holy bible are as ancient and truthful beyond any doubt. Yet contrary to the theories of development, all life in record is as it was. All forms of life are as they were described in ancient times. Such knowledge puts a question mark to the theories of evolution. Evolutionists have no answers to date.

The missing pieces of evidence make progression even harder to justify to sane minds. It seems to only exist in writing and test tubes but not real life. Researches have worked tediously but have nothing substantial to back up their claims. Even the most similar of organisms show no trace of evolution occurring. They remain distinct in their own nature.

Evolutionists base their arguments on fossil. Yet not even fossil can quantify their theories. No remains have been found so far to prove the presence of intermediate orgasms on earth. This implies that there has been no transition taking place even in the past. This missing part makes the puzzle even harder for them. The Christian argument becomes easier and with more grounds. For progression to be there must be intermediate organisms and their fossil proof.

The argument for development is based on naturalism. The philosophy of naturalism states that all earthly things are caused by nature and its laws. Emphasis is put on nature and its force laws. This theory is skeptic of the existence of supernatural beings. When followed well, this philosophy too leaves a lot to be desired. It does not give comprehensive elucidations to universal existences. This therefore proves both theories inadequate in nature and not fit for use.

Attempts have also been made to establish a link using similarities in genetics. A comparison of characteristics of DNA strands shows significant similarity. This happens especially in organisms with same nature. It is not a conclusive argument though. This element only works to prove God and his superior design in creation. Hence proving this attempt at justification unsuccessful too. It in fact works in line with the Christian argument.

Therefore in conclusion, Christians have a very elaborate argument. There is no proof to development. It is a theory with so many unanswered question marks. According to Christians this philosophy is false and should not be considered. God created a perfect universe that need not evolve.
