The mission of these teams is to fulfill the divine purpose of Christ of preaching the Good News of the Kingdom and making Christ known to the world. If Jesus had brought the message of condemnation to people, then there love would not exist, only uncertainties about the existence of the kingdom of God.
The problem however is that as the earth population grows the laborers for the Kingdom of God is becoming smaller. Many are growing weak and the challenges of the world making them grow weary in doing good. This is why there is a need to pray to God about people in any ministry.
