Death in inevitable, but documenting it has to be done in a timely manner. The office of the Vital Records Section in the state of Texas is where all of the state's public documents are archived. This includes the death records of the residents of Texas. One has to go to this office in order to get a copy of the said file. The local county office can also provide a copy of the said document especially if it happened just recently. The state office also accepts mail order, but this can take days before the results of the search can be obtained.
