Counseling for couples has become more popular. In fact, it is one of the most recommended forms of counseling today. It comes as no surprise because the divorce rate is so high. A lot of people will think that this is simply a phase. They may think that they will get back on track. Group therapy can be an option as well. This especially applies to someone who has been a victim of an affair. A person like this will be feeling alone in the world. By connecting with others in the same situation, they will be able to identify and build a relationship. It is a type of support which is different form professional therapy. However, the group is run by a professional counsellor as well.
