Reading Rise Of The Nascent Knight

By Christine Clark

Books have been a way for people to escape reality and immerse into fantasy. Authors have a way to bring the stories to life. This means that the way they write the words lets people imagine that world as they do. Demon Hunters Rise of the Nascent Knight is written by Jonathan Hills.

As he was growing up, he heard Christian stories and their embedded lessons. So, he applied this in his story along with the belief in the supernatural and prayers. His story revolves in spiritual warfare and how to fight back against the bad guys. He intends to engage youths in reading this as well as anyone who has expressed interests.

Published in May 29, 2018, this is a compilation of battles, adventures, and spiritual beings that the main protagonist, Eddie, encounters. To summarize, he is a popular high school senior who is in the football team. Over time, he became filled with fear and anxiety as well as hurting the people he love.

Doubts will then form in his feelings and thoughts after a time. He is not sure anymore if those were his own or not. He later got himself involved in a spiritual warfare situation as he starts to break in his resolve and self. He saw how real the tale of fiction is. He then entered an organization which fights those bad creatures of fiction.

He then received training to hunt the demons plaguing and running amok on earth. He learns how these creatures come into our realm and how they change the reality that he and other people know. When collisions between them and our earth happen, it results to tearing in time and space making them real.

This book has received many reviews since its release. They are mostly positive and are given by individuals in different age groups. One person says he cannot let the book down despite having ADHD at thirty six years old. He wants every group of youths to read the book seeing as he was a youth leader before.

Another reviewer is aged 16 saying that the author has built a new aspect for the power of prayer. He adds that choices of Christian people make affects how the spiritual realm changes. He likes how it feels like watching a movie while reading the texts on the book. He is able to relate and identify with the many characters there and not just Eddie. He likes how right the plot twists are which adds meaning to it.

Despite being eleven, his daughter, Genevieve, has understood that she underestimated her dad. She says that his book exceeds any of her expectations. She also praised the way he wrote this just to engage readers in reading it until the end. Another reviewer, a senior at sixty six years old, has said that the author did a good job in grabbing his attention despite the book being his first ever published book.

There are more of those in his website, all engaging and great. He is now on the process of creating and publishing the second book of Demon Hunters to be released this summer or fall of 2019. He is now working on other solo books. He enjoys writing all of these and he hopes his readers will as well.
