It is evident how the number of people who are suffering from mental health issues are towering and is at its peak. One of the most common condition would be depression wherein many lives has been taken away because of how it can lure the victims into self harm or even suicide. Indeed, having such kind of mental condition is hard simply because there are no visible symptoms that would make you notice people suffering from it. Often times, the only thing everyone can do to not make things any worse is being kind and supporting these people to try and help themselves through therapies.
