That is why people have to be trained well before being given the full responsibility of leading as certain sector. Although most of these training has been successful, some have flattered since people tend not to be themselves during the time at which their skills are being monitored at the instance of training.

Even though most people are now well versed with these skills, they seem to be misusing them and discriminating those who are subject to them. A good example is between a manager of a company and the employees. One may take advantage of that status and even go to an extent of abusing others. This should not be practiced whatsoever.

Various personnel have been employed in respective areas with the trust that they possess all the skills yet they tend to disappoint since they do not reflect what their curriculum vitae states. Various recommendations have been employed but all in vain. However, this issue can be minimized if the people are kept on probation for a period of time so that their skills can be well analyzed.

In conclusion therefore, church building management firm experts are required to be what they say they are so that various suspicions are not raised. It should be known that whenever a group of people starts questioning the managerial skills of an individual, the person will never be successfully an as influential as they are supposed to be. Honesty is one virtue that should be adhered to so that people can believe in an individual who is willing to lead them.
